Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product: If the delivered product does not match your order.
Note : Package opening video is mandatory for further verification for refund or exchange for same product. - Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a defect due to manufacturing.
- Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during transit.
- Late Delivery: If the product arrives after the promised delivery timeframe, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the invoice.
- It must remain unopened and sealed. Opened products or those missing an invoice will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- All returns undergo a quality inspection. Only products that pass the inspection/testing will qualify for a return.
- Bulk orders are not covered under our return policy.
Damaged Products
Although rare, if your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@theessencepantry.com with a photo of the damaged item and its barcode within 48 hours of receiving your order. If verified, you will be eligible for an exchange.
Return Time Frame
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.
Exchange Policy
- All exchanges, including size change requests, are subject to availability and our confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- The company reserves the right to cancel orders with prior notice. If we cancel an order before processing it, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are granted only if the product meets our return policy criteria.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds apply only to purchases made while logged into an account.
- Orders with applied discounts are not eligible for refunds.
Instead of a monetary refund, a discount coupon of the same amount will be issued for future purchases on our website.
